I promised my clients I'd watch their rate every day, and for a while, I was the algorithm. Past a hundred clients, no human can rightfully keep that promise. So I built Rosie, named after my family's guardian dog: the one who runs the whole fence line first, sits quietly in the middle, listens while everyone sleeps, and only nudges you awake when something's actually out there.
Rosie doesn't replace the loan officer's mouth. She aims it.
